I have always been able to feel what others are carrying. Long before I had language for it or a name for what I do.

My path has wound through nursing, massage therapy, Reiki and eventually breathwork. Not because I was building credentials but because each step led me closer to the work I was always meant to do. The moment that confirmed everything was enrolling in an intensive nine month breathwork training before I had ever even tried breathwork myself. I simply knew I had to do it.

What I do now is hard to put in a box. I am an intuitive energetic guide. I read what the body and energy field are holding and I help people access, understand and release what has been living there, sometimes for years.

The people most ready for this work are not always the ones in the most obvious pain. Sometimes they are the most accomplished, most capable, most put-together people in the room. Successful by every external measure and yet carrying something they have never been able to name or reach.

Those are the people I am most called to serve.
