My path to Breathe Flow Awaken

Born and raised in Ocala, FL, my journey in healing and wellness has been a tapestry of experiences that blend traditional medical knowledge with holistic practices. In 1999, I began my path as a Licensed Massage Therapist in Birmingham, AL, which laid the foundation for my commitment to supporting others' well-being. I then earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa in 2005 and worked as an RN in a range of challenging environments: from caring for veterans in the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit at James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital to supporting cardiac patients at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, and even serving inmates at the Marion County Jail.

Despite the invaluable experiences, I always felt something essential was missing in allopathic medicine. It became clear to me that true healing requires more than conventional treatment; it demands an understanding of the energy we carry and how it impacts our physical and emotional health. This realization led me to begin my Reiki training in 2019, and I completed my Reiki Master certification in 2021.

The transformative moment came when I embarked on my Breathwork training with the One Breath Institute, completing an intensive 9-month program to become a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator. Breathwork not only enriched my practice but profoundly reconnected me with my own sense of peace and empowerment. By 2023, I was leading group Breathwork sessions at a nationally recognized trauma and recovery center here in Ocala, FL.

Now, I bring my diverse set of skills—integrating nursing, trauma-informed practices, and energy work—into my private practice. I am dedicated to guiding high-performing women through their healing journeys to clear trauma, release energy blockages, and align with their true purpose.
