And in the quiet moments between all of it, there is a knowing. That there is more available to you. More depth. More purpose. More of yourself that you have not yet reached.

Most of us are walking around carrying far more than we realize. Not just stress or worry or the weight of a busy life. Something deeper. Energetic clutter that has taken up residence in the body and in your field for so long you have stopped noticing it. Old pain, unprocessed trauma, recurring thoughts that circle back no matter how many times you try to release them. Experiences where something significant happened and the body never got the chance to let it go.
I am a guide. My role is to help you access and gain clarity about what is already there, to walk alongside you as you release what no longer serves you and begin to embody what does. The journey is yours. The work is yours. I am simply here to help you see it more clearly.

A BFA Session is a 90 minute private one on one experience held via Zoom. To get the most out of your session, find a quiet space where you will not be interrupted and have a strong reliable internet connection so you can fully arrive into the experience.
We begin face to face with a conversation about what brought you here, what you are carrying, and what you are hoping to experience or understand. There is no rushing this part. We move forward when it feels complete.
When our discussion feels complete you mute yourself, turn off your camera if you prefer, and find a comfortable position to simply rest. This is where the deeper work begins. Based on our discussion, I may begin the your session with a short guided meditation or breathing exercises. I tune into your body and energy field and receive what comes through intuitively. This may include inner child wounds that are still active, stored emotions and memories held in the body, limiting beliefs running quietly in the background, and energetic attachments to people or situations that are ready to be released. And then there are the patterns. The ones that have been quietly shaping your decisions, your relationships and your sense of self without your awareness. These are often the most significant thing that comes through and the most freeing to finally see clearly.
While I work, soft music plays and you simply rest, breathe and allow. Notice whatever arises. Sensations, emotions, a sense of something shifting or releasing. You do not need to do anything except be still and receive.
Some of what comes through will release and shift within our session itself. Other elements are yours alone to move through, and that is not a limitation. It is part of your growth. Clearing those energies and releasing those beliefs on your own terms, with clarity about what they are and where they come from, is one of the most empowering parts of this journey. I will always help you recognize the inner resources and wisdom you already carry to support that process.
When the energy work feels complete I gently call you back. We return to camera together and this is often the most meaningful part of the session. You share what you experienced and I walk you through everything I received. After every session you will also receive handwritten notes capturing what came through along with specific actionable steps tailored to exactly where you are.
Before we close we take a moment to talk about what feels like the right next step for your continued journey. Many clients find that returning monthly or every few months allows the work to build on itself in ways a single session cannot fully reach.
The work does not end when we close the Zoom. It continues in you.

Just a gentle continuous rhythm of expansion and release that uses the breath itself as a gateway to what the body and emotions are holding.
We begin face to face on Zoom with a conversation about what brought you here, what you are carrying, and what you are hoping to experience. This is also where I begin tuning into your energy so that everything that follows is shaped entirely around you.
From there we move into approximately an hour of guided breathwork. You will remain on camera throughout and I will be with you the entire time, offering verbal promptings as we go. These are not scripted. They emerge from our conversation and from what your breath itself is revealing in the moment, guiding you deeper into your own experience in real time.
Breathwork has a way of reaching what words alone cannot. Emotions that have been waiting for permission to move. Sensations in the body that finally have space to be felt. Clarity that arrives not through thinking but through releasing.
Once the breathwork portion of your session is complete we will spend some time allowing you to share what came up for you, what moved, what opened, and what feels like it wants your attention. You will leave with a clearer sense of yourself than when you arrived.
Some of what surfaces during breathwork calls for deeper exploration. A BFA Session can be a natural next step for those who want to understand and work with what came through at a more intimate level.
*These sessions are conducted lying down. A yoga mat, bed, couch or cushions on the floor all work beautifully. Please have your space set up and ready before we begin. Detailed preparation instructions will be sent to you after booking.
